What days are you open?
Our office is open Monday through Friday. As our daily schedule is subject to change, please call (609) 597-6092 to confirm office hours.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
Advocare participates with most insurance plans. As participation varies by region, specialty, and physician, we recommend that you contact either our office or your insurance company representative to verify your insurance is accepted.
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor to come to your office?
If your insurance plan requires you to obtain a referral prior to a specialty visit, please contact your primary doctor first. If your plan allows a subspecialty visit without a referral, then please call us to arrange your visit at (609) 597-6092. For urgent referrals (especially when you are still in our office), you can wait while the referral is processed.
How do we contact the doctor after hours?
Our medical providers are available 24 hours a day. Call the office at (609) 597-6092 to reach our answering service.
